Bosun End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Bosun assistant ("the App") with QuickBooks Online. The App is a private internal tool owned and used by Zero G Rigging. It is not licensed to the public and is not listed as a commercial product for other businesses.
License
Zero G Rigging grants itself a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App solely for internal business operations, including connecting to our own QuickBooks Online company to create and manage expenses, receipts, billable time, customers, and related accounting records.
Restrictions
The App may not be sublicensed, sold, redistributed, or used to access any QuickBooks Online company other than companies we own or control. The App may not be used to provide accounting services to third parties through QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online
Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's terms. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App. Connecting the App to QuickBooks Online authorizes the App to access and write accounting data for our company as described in the Bosun Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The App is provided as-is for internal use. Zero G Rigging is responsible for reviewing accounting entries before they are treated as final books. We make no warranty that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Termination
This license ends if we disconnect the App from QuickBooks Online, revoke its credentials, or stop using it. On termination, the App will no longer access our QuickBooks Online data. Existing records already stored in QuickBooks Online remain there.
